Free Flow Visual Artistry (Free) is a North American-based insured professional, perpetual student and motivating teacher of flow, circus arts and yoga, expressing passion and creativity as she integrates holistic wellness into her personal and professional life.

Specializing in single and multi-prop execution, Free uses choreographed and roaming performance to create a captivating experience for audiences, including but not limited to stilt walking, UV reactive hoops, LED hoops, LED fans, fire hoops, fire fans, palm torches, fire eating, character performance and more unique custom created entertainment experiences.

With an academic background in Exercise Science, Applied Health Physiology, and Health Behavior and Communication, this instructor creates challenging alignment-based vinyasa sequences and uses anatomical cues in both hot and vinyasa classes to engage yoga students and increase their awareness of breath, body, and mind.
